How long we keep information

We only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Client information: We keep personal information related to client work for 6 years after our relationship with the client ends, to comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
  • Prospective client enquiries: We keep enquiry information for 2 years from our last contact, unless you become a client sooner.
  • Recruitment information (unsuccessful applicants): We keep this for 6 months after the recruitment process ends.
  • Recruitment information (successful applicants / employees): We keep personnel information for the duration of employment and for 6 years after employment ends.
  • Marketing information: We keep this information until you withdraw your consent, after which we delete it within 30 days.

We review our retention periods regularly to ensure we do not keep personal data for longer than necessary.
