For Filipinos who are locally employed as well as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), we will assist you with your housing loan application with your preferred bank free of charge as part of our real estate services.

QUALIFICATIONS TO AVAIL BANK FINANCING

  • Buyer must be between 21 – 65 years old.
  • Buyer must not have any history of cancelled credit card, unpaid loan or any pending legal/civil case.
  • Buyer must meet the minimum gross salary requirement for his/her desired amortization term.
  • Buyer must not be more than 65 years old upon loan maturity for Locally Employed and not more than 60 years old for OFW/Immigrants.

 

LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR BANK FINANCING

FOR LOCALLY EMPLOYED (Buyer/Spouse)

  • 2 pcs. 2×2 ID Picture
  • 2 pcs. Government-issued valid ID
  • Birth Certificate (if single) / Marriage Certificate (for married)
  • Certificate of No Marriage (if single above 30 years old)
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Residence Certificate (Cedula)
  • Proof of Billing Address (with Barangay Certificate if renting)
  • Notarized Contract of Employment with Compensation
  • Bank Statements (latest 6 months)
  • Payslips (latest 3 months)
  • Latest ITR (Income Tax Return)

FOR OFW / OVERSEAS-BASED IMMIGRANTS (Buyer/Spouse/AIF)

  • 2 pcs. 2×2 ID Picture
  • 2 pcs. Government-issued valid ID
  • Birth Certificate (if single) / Marriage Certificate (for married)
  • Certificate of No Marriage (if single above 30 years old)
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Passport (Photocopy)
  • (Notarized/Consularized) Contract of Employment with Compensation
  • Bank Statements (latest 6 months)
  • Payslips (latest 3 months)
  • Proof of Remittances (latest 6 months)
  • (Notarized/Consularized) Special Power of Attorney Form

FOR SELF-EMPLOYED / BUSINESS OWNER (Buyer/Spouse)
